Member Deal Announcement: "Pacific Coast Commercial (PCC) represented the Seller in the acquisition of the project in November of 2014. PCC continued to manage and lease the property adding value to the center over the next 7+ years. The property was in a great position to be sold to another long-time client that was in a 1031 exchange and keenly focused on buying a multi-tenant investment property in San Diego County,” stated Bo Gibbons, Associate Vice President of PCC. Member Deal Announcement: Perseverance, LLC recently completed the $5,350,000 sale of the One Stop Shopping Center located at 3504-3536 NE 3rd Avenue in Camas, Washington. The One Stop Shopping Center is a single-story multi-tenant building with 38,850 SF of retail space. Built in 1959, the property rests on 2.44 acres and includes 149 parking spaces. Todd VanDomelen with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented both the seller, Perseverance, LLC, and the buyer, KH Properties LLC, in the transaction.
