The center is currently 100% occupied and features several new store fronts, including Core Industries and Hometown Furniture.
The location has easy access to Hwy 14 and the corner lot has over 15,000 vehicles drive by daily. It is also near Washougal Waterfront which is scheduled for a residential development by Killian Pacific and a commercial development by the Port of Camas-Washougal in partnership with RRM Development.
