Congratulations! Hanna Commercial and PW Commercial Worked Together to Close this 100,000 SF, 5-Year Lease Relocation, Valued at $2.2M

Hanna Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Cleveland has completed an assignment with PW Commercial/TCN Worldwide in Chicago. Diana Whisenant at Hanna Commercial initiated the transaction and worked with Terry Lynch, SIOR and Jerry Sullivan at PW Commercial to complete this 100,000 square foot 5-year lease relocation with a total lease value of $2,180,000.
 

Anthony Delguyd at Hanna Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Cleveland has referred an industrial tenant rep. assignment to Jerry Sullivan at PW Commercial/TCN Worldwide in Chicago.
