A 5,042 s/f lease for the 3rd floor of 31 Howard: Kubie and Michael Hymowitz of LSL represented the landlord in the 10-year lease. Elisa Young of Robin Zendell represented the tenant, Sally LaPointe LLC. Asking price for the space was $63 per s/f.
A 8,000 s/f sublease at 142 West 36th St.: Hymowitz and Kubie represented IMGN Media, the subtenant. Owen Reda of Squarefoot represented the subtenant, EJ2 Communications. Alduwaliya Asset Management Ltd. is the landlord. Asking price for the space was $62 per s/f.
A 5,119 s/f lease for the 6th floor of 37 West 37th St.: Wayne Siegel and Eric Siegel of LSL represented the tenant, ABS Engineering, in the 11-year lease. Max Koeppel of Koeppel Rosen represented the landlord, Abner Properties. Asking price for the space was $48 per s/f.
