NAR Commercial Real Estate Outlook: 2018.Q4
National Association of REALTORS: The economy expanded at a stronger pace of 3.5 percent in 2018 Q3 (advance estimate). The economy has been growing more strongly in 2018 compared to 2017, with growth averaging 3.3 percent to date, compared to 2.2 percent in 2017. The third quarter growth was fueled by private consumer and government spending, as business investment spending slowed and exports contracted. |
