Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. was selected as the exclusive broker to market the commercial mixed-use development for The Vartan Group – Susquehanna Union Green. Drew Bobincheck, CCIM will be the listing agent for the retail and office space.
The 58-acre project spanning along Progress Avenue and Linglestown Road in Susquehanna Township will include nearly thirty commercial buildings.

The available commercial property space will total approximately 300,000 square feet and will include several retail shops, offices, restaurants, and a 110-room hotel.
In addition to office and retail space, the five-phase project will contain single-family homes, a senior living campus, and green spaces.
Construction could begin as early as Spring 2019.
