Triumph Real Estate Investment Fund, a Canadian Investment Fund associated with TCN member firm Barclay Street Real Estate, has purchased Hillcrest Plaza Shopping Center for $5.6MM.

David Wallach of Barclay Street Real Estate/TCN Worldwide in Calgary worked with Marc Lippitt, Justin Herman, and Emily Lemere with Unique Properties Inc./TCN Worldwide in Denver to acquire this property. Gannon Roth of Unique Properties Inc./TCN Worldwide will handle the leasing.
