Jonathan Kahalley (L), Jackson Parker (M) and Michael P. Warsaw Jr. (R) are the newest members of the Shannon Waltchack team. These new additions to the team further Shannon Waltchack’s commitment to train and mentor young members of the commercial real estate community.

Jonathan Kahalley signed on to SW with a brand-new role, Client Services Coordinator. A recent graduate from Samford University, Jonathan interned with SW before joining full-time. He supports the brokers with management of marketing and leasing plans while also helping administer the company’s software platforms. Read more about Jonathan here.
Jackson Parker is working closely with SW broker Fuller McClendon on leasing, acquisitions, and development. He recently graduated from Auburn University with an MS in Finance and his MBA. Read more about Jackson here.
Michael Warsaw recently graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a Business degree. Michael has experience interning with another local commercial real estate firm, and is currently supporting SW brokers Seth Berry, SIOR and John M. Hardin, SIOR, CCIM. Read more about Michael here.
