The building was purchased by the long-term tenant of the space, Ted’s Sheds. Brett & Mike were awarded the exclusive listing of the property and marketed the property for about 30 days before coming to agreement with the tenant. During that +/- 30-day period of being “on-market” they received significant attention and interest from buyers in the market. “With the lack of good warehouse product on the west side of town, especially in this corridor of Golden, we were able to generate a ton of action. Ultimately, we chose to go with the tenant as the buyer for several reasons and are very pleased with that decision” said Brett MacDougall.
