Welcome Nicholas Busse! Your WestMark Commercial | TCN Worldwide is excited to have you apart of the team! Nicholas Busse, with a robust foundation in commercial real estate, launched his career in 2008. Over the years, Nick has honed his expertise in property management, real estate development, investment properties, and sales. From 2009 to 2018, he contributed significantly to a private company, managing multiple business and retail centers, and playing a pivotal role in the sale of commercial land. He also oversaw the construction and development for a large apartment complex in Lubbock, and an independent living retirement home in Irving.
Born and raised in North Dallas, Nick has always been committed to community service. Alongside his church, he contributed to building homes for Habitat for Humanity. In 2006, he joined the Dallas Police Department, where he served honorably before deciding to shift his focus to his true passion: commercial real estate. This transition also brought him closer to his family roots, which trace back to Lubbock and Morton as far back as the early 1900s. Then, in August 2008, Nick married his wife and best friend, Emily. Together, they have built a wonderful life in Lubbock, TX, where they are raising two extraordinary children alongside their four dogs.
An avid traveler, Nick particularly cherishes his time spent exploring the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where he enjoys the serenity of nature, sightseeing, offroading, and fishing. When at home, he is dedicated to working on project cars with his son, spending quality time with his daughter, clay shooting, woodworking, and playing with his dog, Blue. Nick also enjoys learning and researching world and local history, as well as genealogy. During this research, he discovered that he is a Son of the American Revolution (S.A.R.).
