Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Ed Wabick, Principal of the firm, represented Lincoln Dixmoor Property LLC in their purchase of a 240,000 square foot crane/manufacturing facility located at 14600 S. Lincoln in Harvey, Illinois.
Lincoln Dixmoor Property LLC, an industrial investment firm, purchased the rail-served crane building on 11 acres of land. The property benefits from having immediate access to the new interchange at I-57 and I-294 and is minutes from I-80. The building features heavy power and could be used for a variety of industrial uses including manufacturing and distribution. The property will be available for lease and is divisible through Ed Wabick of Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide. Burns Commercial Real Estate’s Dan Burns represented the seller, HVY Real Estate, in the transaction.
