Paine/Wetzel TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that Ed Wabick and Jerry Sullivan, Principals of the firm, represented seller Markham Property Management, Inc. in the sale of a 91,520 square foot warehouse at 2200-2206 West 159th Street in Markham, Illinois.
The building is located on 9.5 acres of land in a prime location close to I-294, I-57 and I-80. Kelly Pipe Company, one of the oldest and largest distributors of pipe in the country, bought the warehouse to use as its new Chicago headquarters. DTZ’s Mike Piscoran represented Kelly Pipe in the transaction.
