Located in the Colleyville/Southlake/Grapevine market, the Glade Points Shopping Center is anchored by Albertson’s along SH 121 and Glade Rd. Co-tenants include Nizza Pizza, Once Upon a Child, Marble Slab and many more. The center is part of a dense retail area with Target, Lowe’s, Staples and more all nearby.
In the lease negotiations, Vision Commercial represented the landlord, GC Points, LLC, in both transactions. Linc Commercial Realty’s Najdi Rafaty represented Code Wiz.
