The approximately 6,400-square-foot building is part of the Jackson Commons condominium association and represents another successful commercial real estate transaction completed by the Vantage Commercial team.
Vantage originally sold the property to the owner in 2021. Following the acquisition, the owner completed a major renovation of the building, and Vantage assisted in leasing the property and stabilizing the asset. After the successful renovation and lease-up, the owner engaged Vantage once again to bring the property back to market and complete the sale.
