Vantage Commercial Sells Two South Jersey Medical Properties for Local Physician Family

Cherry Hill, NJ – Vantage Commercial has completed the sale of two medical office properties in Southern New Jersey, both previously owned by a family of physicians who recently joined a regional hospital system. With the practices no longer operating independently, the family turned to Vantage Commercial to move the properties quickly and with as little friction as possible.

The first, located at 1 Britton Place, Suite 1 in Voorhees, is a ±912 SF medical office condo.  and the fourth unit Vantage Commercial has sold within the Britton Place building. The second is a 1,500 SF freestanding building at 502 Hillside Terrace in Pennsauken, which had also been vacated following the merger.

Emily Stein, Managing Director, and Ken Richardson, Vice President/Partner, represented both the buyer and seller in each transaction.

"This family had just gone through a huge change, and they needed someone to come in and handle things without adding to the stress," said Stein. "We knew the market, we knew the buildings, and we just got it done. That's really what it came down to."

Richardson added: "By the time we got to Britton Place, it was our fourth deal in that building — so we already knew exactly what buyers were looking for and who to call. Having that history made a real difference in how quickly we were able to move."

As more physicians align with larger health systems, properties like these are becoming an increasingly common part of the South Jersey market. Vantage Commercial's Healthcare Services team works with physicians, providers, landlords, and investors on medical office transactions throughout New Jersey and the greater Philadelphia region.
