The 16,122-square-foot freestanding office/warehouse building sold for $2,150,000.
Greg Knott, Executive Vice President, and Earl Duffy, Senior Broker, of Unique Properties, Inc., represented their longtime client and Buyer in the transaction. The client needed to place capital quickly, and the Unique Properties team was able to identify the opportunity and secure a deal on an accelerated timeline.
Although the property was listed by Alyssa Tomback with Marcus & Millichap, Knott and Duffy’s existing relationship with the Sellers helped streamline negotiations and create a collaborative environment.
