SpaHub LLC leased 3,800 industrial square feet at 3736 Norwood Drive, Unit 1, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented the landlord.
Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling leased 1,500 industrial square feet at 3707 Norwood Drive, Unit 13, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented both tenant and landlord.
Sawdust & Nails leased 1,500 industrial square feet at 3706 Norwood Drive, Unit 12, in Littleton. Greg Knott represented the landlord.
