The building is 7,344 SF and sits on a 1.01 acre lot – the Seller’s brokers were able to achieve 100% of the list price of $1,600,000 ($217/SF) within a week of beginning their marketing efforts. At the time of closing, about 90% of the building was vacant – the Buyer plans to move in as soon as the minor renovations are completed.
