Headquartered in Denmark, the tenant is relocating its Americas operation from nearby Commerce City, CO.
The Loveland facility, located at 5100 Boyd Lake Ave, underwent multiple remodel and expansions during 2012, 2013 and 2014. It is owned by Monomoy Properties.
