Bennett Ranch LLC purchased 174 acres in Bennett for $3 million from Kenneth W. Newby. Allen Freedberg represented the seller.
Real Estate Matters Corp purchased 12,586 office square feet at 5701 E. Evans Ave. in Denver for $1.16 million from Michael B Smith Properties LLC. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Graham Trotter were involved in the transaction.
2650 S Broadway LLC purchased 2650 S. Broadway in Denver for $550,000 from Donald J Kautz, Trustee of the Living Trust Agreement of Donald Kautz. Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis represented the buyer.
