Iowa Ave., in Denver for $13.95 million from Johnson Properties LLC, The Nobles Apartments Properties LLC, 1650 South Albion Street Apartments LLC and 4101 East Iowa Apartments LLC. Scott Shwayder and Marc Lippitt of Unique Properties/TCN Worldwide represented the buyer and seller.
