The seller, Some Place On Wazee, LLC, had been the owner since 2004 and acquired the property as an investment. 1625-1631 Wazee was purchased by Paper Building, LLC who plans to hold the property as an investment. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm with Unique Properties were the exclusive agents to the seller. Despite Covid-19’s continued presence, Denver’s office market remains strong and Unique Properties is proud to continue to carry deals to the closing table under any circumstances.
