Moody Rambin/TCN Worldwide has signed a roughly 19,000-square-foot lease with UBS Wealth Management USA at Town Centre I, a Class A office building in Houston. The branch will relocate to the new space on March 1, 2019.
Located at 750 Town & Country Blvd., Town Centre I comprises 250,000 square feet within the Town Centre Complex in West Houston. The 10-story asset is LEED Gold certified and was completed in 2015. UBS’s new office will take up the building’s fourth floor, where it will house 60 employees, responsible for approximately $6 billion in client assets.
