Thomas & Dunne Engineers plans to expand its office west of Houston.
The Houston mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering firm renewed its office lease at 738 Texas 6, near the Barker Reservoir. Financial terms of the 10-year lease, which closed last month, were not disclosed.
Thomas & Dunne is working with architect Jay Sears to expand its office space by 1,298 square feet to 6,835 square feet. The 22-year-old engineering consulting firm plans to grow its business into the new space. The company has been in the building for five years.
