A new experiential destination is coming to the Mission District as Starboard Commercial Real Estate facilitates a 10-year, 7,600-square-foot lease at 535 Florida Street in Mariposa Square.
The transaction was led by Colton Africano, who represented Two Pitchers Brewing Company in its expansion to a third Bay Area location. The new space will be transformed into a community-focused venue featuring indoor and outdoor enhancements, including a beer garden, a two-story event space, and a modern taproom designed for gatherings, events, and neighborhood activation.
Situated in San Francisco’s Mission District, the project adds to the area’s ongoing evolution as a hub for adaptive reuse, hospitality, and experiential retail concepts. The redevelopment is expected to strengthen foot traffic and contribute to the district’s growing mix of food, beverage, and entertainment offerings.
This transaction was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker Deal for Q1 2026, underscoring continued demand for well-located, experience-driven retail and hospitality spaces across core Bay Area submarkets.
