Starboard Commercial Real Estate, privately owned and locally-based San Francisco commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce agent Frank Vella's election to the San Mateo Association of Realtors (SAMCAR) Board of Directors.
Vella ran and was elected to the board for the position of Government Affairs for San Mateo County. The 2019 SAMCAR President and the Board of Directors were officially sworn in to their term at SAMCAR's 2019 Installation dinner and ceremony on Friday, January 11, 2019 at the Pullman Hotel in Redwood City.
Vella and fellow board members will commit to protecting property rights by working directly with the public and government officials throughout San Mateo county, and the surrounding Bay Area.
"I am eager to have the opportunity to be on the Board of Directors for SAMCAR. One of my focuses will be to foster a more collaborative relationship between residential and commercial brokers throughout the county. These two groups have an enormous amount of knowledge and by working together, we not only can help each other, but more importantly offer better service to our clients," expressed Frank Vella.
Vella has been a SAMCAR member since 1991 and a broker since 2001. He has been working with Starboard Commercial Real Estate for the last two decades, managing commercial sales and leasing in San Mateo and San Francisco counties. Vella also owns a boutique residential real estate company, SF HomeLife Inc., where he brokers residential sales, leasing, and provides property management.
