Sitar Realty Company recently sold the Quail Ridge, 9-hole golf course on Route 34 in Wall Township, New Jersey for $5.2 million. The seller was Sixty-Five Quail Ridge, LP and the purchaser was K. Hovnanian. K. Hovnanian plans to build 100 townhomes on the property. Doug Sitar and Robert JanTausch represented both the seller and purchaser in this transaction.
