The acquisition of 6,272 self-storage units measuring approximately 673,558 sq. ft. of industrial space with a total purchase price of $124,464,308. Prime Group Acquisitions, LLC purchased properties in Clinton, NJ; Lindenwold, NJ; Phillipsburg, NJ; Washington, NJ; Brookfield, CT; Farmington, CT; Newington, CT; New Milford, CT; Boston, MA; Hyde Park, MA; Quakertown, MA; Somerville, MA; and South Boston, MA; and Fairless Hills, PA. Bill Sitar Jr. was the salesperson in these transactions.
The sale of a 36,408 sq. ft. retail center at 3 Walter Foran Boulevard, Flemington, from Arnav Investments, LLC to Flemington Partners, LLC. The sale price was $5,600,000. Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of an 80-room hotel at 2015 Burlington Mount Holly Road, Westampton from 2015 Burlington Mount Holly Road, LLC to Westampton Realty, LLC. The sales price was $3,750,000. Thomas Palumbo was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of a 16,500 sq. ft. office building at 2121 Route 22, Bridgewater, New Jersey from Bridgewater East Associates to Capital Care BR, LLC. The sales price was $2,546,250. Gregg Nowell and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.
The sale of 3.7 acres of land at 1711 Route 34 in Wall Township, NJ from Wall Land LLC to New Jersey State Firemen's Association. The sales price was $999,000. Robert JanTausch and Douglas Sitar were the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of 11 acres of land at 300-500 Madison Avenue in Manalapan, NJ from Madison Exchange LLC to J&J Commercial Exchange LLC. The sales price was $950,000. Robert JanTausch was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of an 8,300 sq. ft. industrial building at 5007 Industrial Road in Wall Township from Fourkay Realty LLC to MAG Enterprises. The sales price was $792,000. Brian Schrader and Robert JanTausch were the salespeople in this transaction.
The sale of an 8,000 sq. ft. office building at 6 Wesley Court in Middletown, New York from the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 825 to Seneco Enterprise. The sales price was $585,000. Douglas Sitar, William Sitar Jr., and Joseph Allegro were the salespeople in this transaction.
The sale of a 4,800 sq. ft. retail building at 57 Main Street in Bradley Beach, NJ from 57 Main LLC to CJB Realty Associates. The sales price was $420,000. Brian Schrader was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of a 3,750 sq. ft. retail building at 5201 Pacific Avenue, Wildwood, NJ from National Loan Investors, LP to Ahn Nguyen. The sales price was $150,000. Robert Bogash was the salesperson in this transaction.
