The lease of 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 5309 Route 9, Howell from AAM Mill LLC to Texas Roadhouse. Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of 3.17 acres of land at 17 Cindy Lane, Ocean from BVB Associates, LLC to J&M Abene, LLC. The sale price was $2,450,000. Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
The sale of a 27-unit apartment complex at 3538 Belmar Boulevard, Wall from 2538 Belmar Boulevard, LLC to Allaire Senior Apartments, LLC. The sale price was $2,200,000. Robert JanTausch and Ronald Schrader Jr. were the salespeople in this transaction.
The sale of a 12,000 sq. ft. office building at 1907 Park Avenue, South Plainfield from Tadla & Shah, LLC to 1907 Park Avenue Medical Associates. The sale price was $1,460,000. Robert Bogash and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.
The sale of two businesses in Manasquan, which totaled $1,228,000. William Frusco was the salesperson in these transactions.
