The lease of 20,000 sq. ft. of office space at 225 Willowbrook Road, Freehold from Cusa Realty, LLC to CentraState Medical. 

Two leases of 13,952 sq. ft. and 1,488 sq. ft. of office space at 242 Old New Brunswick Road, Piscataway from 242 Walton Partners, LLC to State Farm Insurance and Mpower Logic Inc.  Robert Bogash and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople in these transactions.

The lease of 11,561 sq. ft. of industrial space at 21 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, Massachusetts, from KS Partners LLC to Roof Diagnostics Solar & Electric, LLC.  Ronald Schrader Jr. was the salesperson in this transaction.

Three leases of 8,000 sq. ft., 2,500 sq. ft. and 2,500 sq. ft.  of industrial space at 1717 Route 34, Wall from Wall Herald Corporation to Dreamworks Muscle Cars, Affordable Models, LLC and Northeast Home Elevation, respectively.  Robert JanTausch and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.

The lease of 5,870 sq. ft. of office space at 1340 Campus Parkway in Wall from Monmouth Atlantic Realty Associates, LLC to NRG Home Solar.  Ron Schrader Jr. was the salesperson in this transaction.

Two leases of 2,550 sq. ft. and 1,850 sq. ft. of retail space at 3305-3327 Sunset Avenue, Ocean from Schelane Sunset, LLC to American General Contractors, Inc. and Luigi’s Pizza, respectively.  Allacen Jennings was the salesperson in these transactions.
