The lease of 47,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 200 Helen Street, South Plainfield from Nakash 200 Helen Street LLC to Bath & Kitchen Distributors Corp. and ESF Trading, Inc.  Bill Sitar Jr. and Thomas Monte were the salespeople in this transaction.
 
The sale of a 40,658 sq. ft. retail center at 76 W. Landis Avenue, Vineland from Vineland Construction Co. to First National Realty Partners, LLC.  The sales price was $4,300,000.  Brian Murphy was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 36,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 5325 Route 9 North, Howell from AAM Mills, LLC to LA Fitness and the lease of 1,300 sq. ft. at the same property to JSS Supplements.  Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in these transactions.
 
The sale of 15,500 sq. ft. of a retail building at 1837 Old Mill Road, Wall Township from Wall Properties Dev, LLC to 1837 Old Mill Road, LLC.  The sales price was $1,950,000.  Helena Loelius and Brian Schrader were the salespeople in this transaction.
 
The sale of 2 acres sq. ft. of land at 2720 Park Avenue, South Plainfield from Desmond D. and Nancy C. MacMahon to Hawkeye Development Company.  The sales price was $900,000.  Doug Sitar and Robert Bogash were the salespeople in this transaction.
 
The lease of 11,000 sq. ft. of office space at 1941 Holland Brook Road, Branchburg from 1941 Holland Brook, LLC to Kingdom Kidz Academy of Branchburg, LLC.  Robert Bogash and Joseph Allegro were the salespeople in this transaction.
 
The sale of 10,500 sq. ft. office building at 3321 Doris Avenue, Ocean Township from Quanso Marketing Group, Inc. to RHW Plaza, LLC.  The sales price was $1,030,000.  Brian Murphy was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
Three retail leases totaling for T-Mobile:  2,920 sq. ft. at 688-700 Morris Turnpike, Millburn from MBK Holdings, LLC; 2,500 sq. ft. at 1044-1144 Highway 35, Middletown from New Monmouth 35, LLC; and 1,800 sq. ft. at 340 Route 9, Marlboro from Exclusive Plaza Associates, LLC.  Robert Bogash and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in these transactions.
 
Two retail leases at 520 Route 9 North, Manalapan from Bleach Associates to NJ Golf Lounge, LLC d/b/a Gym Marlboro for 5,500 sq. ft. and to Baga Bar, LLC for 1,450 sq. ft.  Joseph Allegro and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in these transactions.
 
The lease of 4,852 sq. ft. of office space at 4345 Pond Road, Freehold from Stavola Corporation to Sunrise Detox II, LLC.  Joseph Allegro was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2 acres of land at 44 Irvine Turner Boulevard, Newark from 44 Irvine Turner Boulevard, LLC to Public Service Electric & Gas Company.  Bill Sitar Jr. was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
Three retail leases at 335 Route 9, Manalapan from Summerton Group, LLC:  1,250 sq. ft. to Kakheti, LLC; 1,200 sq. ft. to Totville, PC; and 1,200 sq. ft. to House of Lashes-Face and Brow Boutique.  Joseph Allegro and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in these transactions.
 
The lease of 3,610 sq. ft. of retail space at 1770 Hooper Avenue, Toms River from Hooper Partners, LLC to Hot Tub Control, LLC.  Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 3,000 sq. ft. of office space at 315 Route 34, Suite 137, Colts Neck from Colts Towne Plaza to Cruz Construction.  Joseph Allegro and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2,520 sq. ft. of industrial space at 5033 Industrial Road, Wall Township from K & S Industries to Signs by the Sea, LLC.  Robert JanTausch was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2,282 sq. ft. of industrial space at 216 Route 206, Hillsborough from SAI Middlesex Farms LP to Parisi Barbell, LLC.  Joseph Allegro was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2,000 sq. ft. of industrial space at 1717 Route 34, Wall Township from Wall Herald Inc. to BC Electric.  Robert JanTausch was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 499 Route 36, Hazlet from Devimy Equities to Popeyes (AGRP Restaurant Group).  Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.
 
The lease of 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 270 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston from 525 Realty Holding Co. to Columbia Bank.  Robert Giordano was the salesperson in this transaction.
