The sale of a 38,000 SF industrial building at 2231 Landmark Place, Wall from CIC Development LLC to J&J Landmark LLC.  The sale price was $4,100,000.  Robert JanTausch, Douglas Sitar, and William Sitar Sr. were the salespeople in this transaction. 

The sale of a 20,000 SF industrial building at 1292 Route 9, Howell from Marton Truck, Inc. to Lanigan Properties, LLC.  The sale price was $2,667,500.  Giorgio Vasilis and Bill Sitar Jr. were the salespeople in this transaction.

Three office leases totaling 15,615 SF at 242 Old New Brunswick Road, Piscataway:  Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, Inc. leased 8,071 SF; ABM Janitorial Services Northeast, Inc. leased 5,394 SF; and MLB Residential Lending, LLC leased 2,150 SF.  Robert Bogash and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople in these transactions.

The lease of 12,739 SF of industrial space at 2350 Route 34, Wall from Sudler Iorio LLC by NRG Home Solar.  Ronald Schrader Jr. was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 6,000 SF of industrial space at 1717 Route 34, Wall from Wall Herald Corp. to Brian’s Auto Mall.  Robert JanTausch and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.

The sale of a 5,400 SF industrial building at 11-13 Evergreen Avenue, Neptune from National Loan Investors, LP to Bluskin, LLC.  The sale price was $605,000.  Brian Murphy and William Sitar Sr. were the salespeople in this transaction.

The lease of 5,000 SF of industrial space at 11 Worlds Fair Drive, Somerset from First Industrial Realty Trust to HUS Industrial Realty Trust.  Robert Bogash and John Cranley were the salespeople in this transaction.

The lease of 4,845 SF of office space at 2 Research Way, Princeton from National Business Parks to Guardian Life.  Gregg Nowell was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 2,520 SF of industrial space at 60 Northampton, Toms River from Benn Associates to B. Oliver Designs.  Helena Loelius was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 2,400 SF of office space at 230 Christian Street, Cranford from 1084 Springfield Associates, LLC to New York Sugar Trade Laboratory, Inc.  Robert Bogash and David MacDowell were the salespeople in this transaction.

The lease of 1,975 SF of office space at 76 South Orange Avenue, South Orange from South Orange Property, LLC to Gray Tree, LLC.  Robert Giordano was the salesperson in this transaction.

The sale of a 1,800 SF retail building at 366 Herbertsville Road, Brick from LDL Properties, LLC to Scotts Lawn Care, LLC.  The sale price was $195,000.  Brian Schrader was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 1,800 SF of office space at 701 Cookman Avenue, Asbury Park from Newell Associates, LLC to Blue Star Multimedia.  Les Wulach was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 1,700 SF of industrial space at 2400 Belmar Boulevard, Wall from Woodlake Liquors, Inc. to Ninanne Norris Interiors.  Ronald Schrader Jr. was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 1,680 SF of office space at 1 Cragwood Drive, South Plainfield from Navika Capital Group, LLC to Adecco USA, Inc.  Robert Giordano was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 1,300 SF of office space at 340 North Avenue, Cranford from Northside Realty Company to Demian & Co., LLC.  Robert Bogash was the salesperson in this transaction.

The lease of 1,125 SF of office space at 6 Moyse Place, Edison from Rufolo Property Management, Inc. to McKinsol Consulting Inc.  Robert JanTausch was the salesperson in this transaction.
