  • A lease of 7,778 SF of office space on the 15th floor of 180 Maiden Lane, New York City to CFG Merchant Solutions from Downtown NYC Owner, LLC.  Bill Sitar Jr. was salesperson in this transaction.
  • A lease of 6,080 SF of office space at 802 West Park Avenue #223 & 224, Little Silver to Dr. Brian Bannister from Little Silver Investors.  Gregg Nowell and Brian Murphy were the salespeople in this transaction.
  • Two retail leases to the MAX Challenge:  1,754 SF at 201 Lefante Way & Route 440, Bayonne from South Cove Commons Development II, LLC, and 2,850 SF at 101 S. Route 73, Marlton from Marlton Plaza Associates, L.P.  Joseph AmecAngelo was the salesperson in this transactions.
  • A lease of 2,000 SF of retail space at 270 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston to Columbia Bank from 525 Realty Holding Company & Davanne Realty Company.  Robert Giordano was the salespeople in this transaction.
