Signature Associates has negotiated the sale of 16,380 square feet of industrial space located at 28294 Beck Road, Wixom, Michigan.
Jim Montgomery of Signature Associates represented both the seller, RM Motor Sports, and the purchaser, PM Tech. PM Tech has expanded its operations with this new facility. RM Motor Sports has moved to a larger facility in Wixom.
