Signature Associates successfully represented Aisin Corporation in securing a 120,000-square-foot parts distribution center in Romulus, Michigan.
The new facility will support Aisin Corporation’s recently launched aftermarket parts operations across the Americas, enhancing its logistics capabilities and strengthening its regional supply chain presence.
The transaction was led by Greg Hudas, Joe Hamway, and Steve Gordon of Signature Associates, who represented Aisin Corporation in the deal.
