Rob and Zack represented the seller in the transaction of the former Toledo Solar site, which was acquired by Whirlpool Corporation as part of its expanded Ohio operations. Whirlpool plans to invest more than $60 million to transform the site into a state-of-the-art production facility supporting appliance component and subassembly manufacturing for washers and dryers, incorporating advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems.
