Retina Consultants of Minnesota (“RCM”), an independent eye practice specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of eye disorders involving the retina, macula and vitreous, announces the expansion of two clinic location in Blaine and St. Cloud. Both clinics are expanding due to the addition of physicians to accommodate their patients.
In St. Cloud, RCM is relocating from 4,000 sq. ft. in the Midsota Building to an expanded clinic of 8,780 sq. ft. in the Granite Corporate Center, which is scheduled to open in October 2024. Similarly, in Blaine they are relocating the existing 4,000 sf clinic to the Blaine Medical Center into an expanded 8,000 sq. ft. clinic, which will open in November 2023. RCM now has seven clinics in Minnesota.
RCM was represented by Steve Brown, Forte Real Estate Partners, for market analysis, site selection and lease negotiations for both locations.
