Retail Lease Transactions Announced by Sitar Realty Company

PRESS RELEASE:  April 16, 2018

 

Sitar Realty Company, Iselin, New Jersey announced the following retail lease transactions:

 

The lease of 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space at 23 South Hope Chapel Road, Jackson, New Jersey to CDHA Management, LLC from Cardinale & Jackson Crossing Associates LLC.  Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

The lease of 2,700 sq. ft. of retail space at 425 US Route 9, Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey to KLK Fitness and Nutrition LLC d/b/a THE MAX Challenge from Armstrong Tuckerton LLC.  Joseph AmecAngelo was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

The lease of 2,300 sq. ft. of retail space at 1902 Route 35, Wall, New Jersey to MONAC Burgers Wall, LLC d/b/a FIVE GUYS from 1902 Route 35, LLC.  William Sitar Jr., Giorgio Vasilis, Andrew Burachinsky, Robert JanTausch and Doug Sitar were the salespeople in this transaction.

 

The lease of 2,300 sq. ft. of retail space at 477 Route 10, Randolph Township, New Jersey to Big Risk Big Rewark Inc. d/b/a THE MAX Challenge from Progressive Properties Inc.  Joseph AmecAngelo was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

The lease of 2,200 sq. ft. of retail space at 770 Lighthouse Drive, Barnegat, New Jersey to Barnegat Donuts, LLC d/b/a Dunkin Donuts from Franklin Barnegat Developers, LLC.  Giorgio Vasilis and Brian Schrader were the salespeople in this transaction.

 

The lease of 2,175 sq. ft. of retail space at 858 Franklin Avenue, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey to KB Fitness First Inc. d/b/a THE MAX Challenge from First Real Estate Investment Trust of NJ.  Joseph AmecAngelo was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

Two leases at 2080 West County Line Road, Jackson, New Jersey:  2,000 sq. ft. of retail space to Jacquie Colour Salon and 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space to Esti's Besty's Vegetarian Restaurant from Whalepond Development LP.  Giorgio Vasilis was the salesperson in these transactions.

 

Two leases at 101 Prosper Way, Brick, New Jersey:  1,625 sq. ft. of retail space to Quest Diagnostics and 1,479 sq. ft. to Brick Pharmacy from Nobility Crest at Brick III, LLC.  Helena Loelius and Trista Ricciardelli were the salespeople in these transactions.

 

Two leases at 801 Main Street, Belmar, New Jersey:  1,400 sq. ft. of retail space to Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More and 940 sq. ft. of retail space to Nourished by Nature, LLC from MB1 Capital Partners LLC.  Robert JanTausch and Gregg Nowell were the salespeople in these transactions.

 

The lease of 1,500 sq. ft. of retail space at 1749 Hooper Avenue, Suite 103, Toms River, New Jersey to A&C Sprinkler from Fabiano Holdings.  Thomas Palumbo was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

The lease of 1,490 sq. ft. of retail space at 537 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey to Passion Leading Life Inc. d/b/a THE MAX Challenge from 537 Washington Street LLC.  Joseph AmecAngelo was the salesperson in this transaction.

 

Two lease renewals at Sea Girt Center, 2100 Route 35, Sea Girt, New Jersey:  1,200 sq. ft. of retail space for Gail's Optical Shoppe, LLC and 1,200 sq. ft. of retail space Olive Oil Imports LLC from Sea Girt Center, LLC.  Helena Loelius and Robert JanTausch were the salespeople in these transactions.
