Real Estate Industry Leader Ericka Miller, CCIM joins Forte Real Estate Partners/TCN Worldwide in Minneapolis-St. Paul

Ericka Miller, CCIM joins Forte Real Estate Partners to continue to build out the firm’s full-service commercial real estate platform. Miller is a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry where she has spent time with Opus Northwest, L.L.C., Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., Johnson Controls, Inc. and KimbleCo. She has a proven track record of developing and managing solid partnerships with local, regional, national and global business leaders.

Jim Jetland, Principal–Forte Real Estate Partners, values Miller’s strong leadership skills, strategic planning, and financial background. “Ericka will enhance our professional expertise and ultimately improve our office and healthcare client’s real estate outcomes,” he said. “Ericka is a great addition to our team given her breadth of experience in the industry and building client relationships.”

Ericka will be working closely with the healthcare and office team at Forte. The team members include Steve Brown-Principal, Jim Jetland-Principal, Katie Trevena-Vice President, Jaime Dritz-Client Coordinator, and Maddie Carroll-Client Coordinator.

While at Opus Northwest, LLC, Ameriprise and KimbleCo, Miller negotiated or was part of team negotiations in over 1M square feet of lease and purchase agreements for industrial, office and retail users and landlords for companies of all sizes. Miller also has experience in mergers, transitions, project management and best practices for portfolio management of corporate accounts.

Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member and past president of Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW), member of Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors (MNCAR), on the Advisory Board of the Scott County Center for Entrepreneurship, and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Progress Valley.
