Julie Gieger, CCIM, CPM (L) and Brandon Pennington (R) just joined the Shannon Waltchack Property Management Team.

Julie Gieger, CCIM, CPM joins SW as a Senior Property Manager. She comes to Shannon Waltchack with a strong resume of professional management and leadership experience from respected local firms. Gieger also serves as a broker, assisting her clients with leasing and sales. She most recently worked at Southpace Properties. Read more about Julie here.
SW’s newest Property Manager, Brandon Pennington, has five years’ experience managing a multi-state portfolio and maintains strong relationships with all tenants. Brandon is tasked with making sure tenants’ needs are met quickly and efficiently. He most recently worked at Corporate Realty. Read more about Brandon here.
Shannon Waltchack also recently hired an Associate Property Manager, Sandra Bowman, in Nashville, TN to assist with tenants as the company expands to the area. SW is currently managing one retail shopping center in Cool Springs and another in the Brentwood area. There are plans to continue expansion to Nashville.
The Property Management team is now ten members strong, including three full-time maintenance technicians.

Our third-party management business allows us to serve owners who need customized plans for leasing, management, accounting and more. We are working in a number of regional markets, including properties in Tennessee Georgia, Florida and of course Alabama,” said Chopin.
