The Price Edwards Retail Investment Team is proud to announce the sale of the Aldi’s and CVS ground leases in Oklahoma City. Abadan Properties, LLC made the purchase from Mercer Street Holdings ONE, LLC for $4,845,000. The properties sold for a 4.75% and 5.65% CAP rate, respectively.

McAlester Venture Sells for $2,850,000

The Price Edwards Retail Investment Team is proud to announce the sale of McAlester Venture in McAlester, Oklahoma. Klement Texas, LTD purchased the property from McAlester Venture, LLC for $2,850,000. The shopping center consists of 48,922 square feet situated on 9.32 acres of land. The property sold for $58.26/SF, an 8.95% CAP rate.

Capitol Hill Center Sells for $1,425,000

Mason Realty Investors, LLC purchased the Capitol Hill Center for $1,425,000.  The sale consisted of a 25,000 SF office building plus a parking lot across the street from the building. The office building has been 100% leased since 2002 with the same two tenants with excellent credit. The purchase offered a double-digit CAP rate increasing over the next few years.  Mason is a well-known and respected local investor with substantial holdings in the Capitol Hill area. Tom Fields of Price Edwards & Company represented the owner on the sales transaction.  

Homegoods Coming to Edmond Crossing

HomeGoods signed a new 21,500 SF lease at Edmond Crossing at 33rd and Broadway. HomeGoods is backfilling a portion of the former Homeland grocery store space that has been dark for a few years.  The balance of the space is being leased to Altitude Trampoline Park. HomeGoods joins TJ Maxx at Edmond Crossing and brings the first HomeGoods store to the metro OKC/Edmond market.  Ev Ernst and Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards and Company handled the transaction.
