Price Edwards & Company is proud to welcome new sales associate Mike Marrara to our Tulsa office.

Mike has joined Price Edwards & Company as a Senior Multifamily Specialist.  He has been active in the commercial real estate industry in Tulsa since 1986 with projects in engineering/surveying and brokerage.  Currently, Mike’s focus and expertise are in Multifamily commercial real estate representing buyers, sellers and developers of multifamily properties.   

His services and experience also include consulting, market evaluations and property valuations for his investment clients.  In addition, Mike has land sales experience in working with developers to acquire development land for multifamily and other projects. He has been active in asset management and brokerage assignments for distressed and bank owned properties.

Mike will serve as a member of the Price Edwards & Company Multifamily Investment Team that includes David Dirkschneider and Michael Massad from the firm’s Oklahoma City office. The team covers Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas and surrounding markets.

Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company, Mike was with First Commercial Real Estate Services where he handled the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties for over 9 years.   Mike has a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern State University.
