Price Edwards and Company / TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce the successful sale of London Square / River Glen, a 291-unit multifamily portfolio located in Tulsa, for $9,750,000.
The transaction totaled 248,190 square feet across two properties located at 2217 E. 59th St. and 1379 E. 59th St. The portfolio was acquired by IAI River Prop LLC and IAI London Prop LLC from CAF Bridge Borrower GS LLC through a court-appointed receivership sale.
Sam Walter and Dirk Erdoes of Price Edwards & Company represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
New ownership plans to implement significant renovations and operational improvements across both communities. The planned upgrades are expected to enhance housing quality while delivering long-term benefits to residents and the surrounding Tulsa community.
