The Southwestern Power Administration has purchased the Madrona On Lewis Office Building, located at 6655 S. Lewis in Tulsa.  In addition, they purchased the 4.3-acre parcel to the north of the office building and the 1.0-acre parcel to the east of the office building. This Class “A” three (3) story office building was built in 1986, consists of approximately 50,672 SF and was 50% occupied at the time of the sale. The buyer intends to occupy the entire building following completion of its renovations. Matt Surrett with Price Edwards & Company -Tulsa handled the transaction.

Durant Property Sells for $2,000,000

The Former Goody’s Building in Durant has been sold to a Dallas-based investment group for $2,000,000. The 52,000 SF property was 100% leased when sold. Tenants of the property include Clifton's Furniture Co., Harbor Freight, and a regional clothing retailer to be announced at a later date. Tulsa Teacher's Credit Union Purchases Land in Northwest OKC

The Tulsa Teacher’s Credit Union (TTCU) has purchased a pad site south of Hideaway Pizza at the SE corner of 50th Street and N. Western Avenue in Oklahoma City.  TTCU quickly identified the property as a preferred location for their new branch and paid a price of $1,125,000 for the .6428 acres of land.  Work should begin immediately on the new branch to serve local customers and businesses in the immediate area.   Ev Ernst with Price Edwards & Company handled the transaction.  

Homegoods Coming to Stillwater
 

HomeGoods has signed a new 23,000 SF lease at Pioneer Square in Stillwater, Oklahoma at 619 N. Perkins Road.  HomeGoods is backfilling a portion of the former JC Penney space that went dark last year. HomeGoods hopes to have the store open by summer or fall of 2020.
