Price Edwards & Company's Multifamily Investment Team is proud to announce the sale of Bridgepoint Apartments. Located in northwest Oklahoma City the 397 unit property sold for $22,000,000, or $55,416 per unit. After a previous sale in 2016 to Presidium for $10,750,000, the property was completely renovated and was sold at an occupancy rate of 92%. Midtown Office Building Sells for $2,200,000

815 NW 12th Street, currently the home of Soka Gakkai International and formerly the home of McBride Physical Therapy recently sold for $2,200,000. The single-story stucco and brick building is 11,532 square feet and was built in 1971. It was remodeled extensively in 2007 and features drive-up parking, mature landscaping and high-quality finishes throughout. The seller was BCP-12th Street Investments, LLC. The buyer intends to use a portion of the property for its physical therapy and rehabilitation business. Tulsa Office Building Sells for $800,000

The Assistance League of Tulsa recently sold their building located at 3408 East 11th Street in Tulsa, OK. The philanthropy was gifted a new home at Legacy Place by the Anne and Henry Zarrow Foundation and other generous Tulsa philanthropists. The program provides a shopping experience for elementary children in need so that they can “shop” for new school clothing.
 
Located along Route 66 and adjacent to the University of Tulsa bookstore, the 9,922 square feet building was purchased by Adroit Investments for $800,000.  The buyer will use the building for retail sales and storage.
