Danny Rivera and Andrew Holder represented the seller, Xerox Corporation, at 100 N Mustang Road in a $20,000,000 sale of three buildings, totaling 802,628 SF. The 120-acre site is situated off I-40 between the Kilpatrick Turnpike and Mustang Road. The facility sold with a partial leaseback from Xerox in 227,596 SF and renovation work on the vacant portions of the property will begin promptly to create modernized, industrial spaces for lease.
