Including Bryant Square, Mazaheri and Patel have acquired a total of 850,000 square feet within the past two years which totaled over $175,000,000 in retail investments in the Oklahoma City Metro and Dallas Fort Worth.
Bryant Square was built in 1978. It was renovated and new construction outparcels were built in 2018. With current occupancy at 96%, Bryant Square has a major national tenant mix including: Ross, Five Below, Petco, Burlington, Old Navy, Ulta, Dollar Tree, Party City, CAVA, Torchy’s Taco, Burger King, Mercy GoHealth and more.

The Buyers are comprised of local investors, Fred Mazaheri, Champ Patel and partners, who purchased the property from Trigate Capital for $54,035,000 ($198.56/SF) on December 17th, 2024. Mazaheri Properties will operate and manage the property under Bryant Square Partners, LLC.
