Mewbourne Oil Company has leased 25,907 square feet of office space at BOK Park Plaza, located at 499 W. Sheridan Ave. in Oklahoma City. Headquartered in Tyler, Texas, Mewbourne is one of the largest privately-owned oil producers in the United States.
The company will occupy an entire floor of the building, with occupancy planned for summer 2026. The lease transaction was facilitated by Craig Tucker with Price Edwards and Company.
