Sarika Malhotra joined the real estate industry after retiring from a 20-year career in hotel management & hospitality. As a director of finance, Sarika worked at all hours of the day & night coordinating & managing hotel staff. Her success in this role made for a seamless transition to real estate, where she can apply her meticulous attention to detail & communication prowess every day.
Throughout her career, Sarika has always been most passionate about helping people. The personal fulfillment she gets from guiding clients through what is often one of the biggest life transitions of their lives is what drives her forward. She puts in the hard work so that you can sit back & enjoy the process.
As a proud mother & wife, Sarika is extremely involved in the community & volunteers regularly for local organizations. She enjoys providing guidance to her clients beyond real estate — from info on local schools to the best restaurants in town. She is a self-proclaimed foodie, happy to be settled in Central Indiana after spending over two decades in New York City. As an Indiana University alumnus, David’s expertise centers on the industrial market in the Indianapolis area. With a wealth of industry experience, he’s played a pivotal role in nurturing the growth of startup companies. He is genuinely excited about the opportunity to assist local business owners in expanding their footprint within his home state.
Beyond this, he takes pride in welcoming newcomers to this market, showcasing the untapped potential within the state for business growth. Being a devoted Hoosier, his commitment to transforming the local landscape of our state is the driving force behind his career in this industry.
David is passionate about witnessing the prosperity of enterprises in Indianapolis & is dedicated to serving as a valuable resource for them in navigating their real estate decisions. Outside of work, he finds joy in outdoor activities & actively engages in coaching the local high school rugby team for Bishop Chatard & Cathedral.
A native of Indianapolis, Brian has returned home to take on the role of head coach for Cathedral Royal Irish rugby while also excelling in commercial real estate with Premier, partnering with his brother David for mutual success. With a commitment to excellence in both sports & business, Brian continues to make a positive impact in his community.
