EMCO primarily chose this location due the large 10.88 acre site allowing for future expansion. Other benefits include close proximity to I-94 and the IL/WI border, 9,660 square feet of office space, one exterior dock, three drive-in doors, 18-24’ clear ceilings, heavy power and T-5 lighting.
